Ingredients:

100 gr of bacon

half an onion

a pinch of salt

a sprinkling of parsley

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

300 grams of tomato sauce

Directions:

1. Put the chopped bacon in a frying pan, cut into small pieces, the finely chopped extra virgin olive oil chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.

2. After 10 minutes of cooking add the vinegar and let it evaporate (always over medium heat) for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes more on low heat. Mix everything with freshly cooked pasta. Enjoy your meal.
