Ingredients:

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt

1 package vegetable soup mix

1 can of water chestnuts chopped very fine

1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:

1. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.

2. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving to allow the flavors to blend.
