Pickled Eggs

Ingredients:

2 or 3 jars of aunt nellie's pickled beets, sliced or whole

8 hard boiled eggs, peeled

large glass jar with a lid

Directions:

  1. 1. Empty the beets and juice into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add the peeled hard-boiled eggs to the large glass jar, and then add the beets and juice on top of the eggs.
  3. 3. Put on the lid, and cover and refrigerate for 4 or 5 days. Remove the eggs as desired, cut in half, add salt and pepper to taste, and eat them.
