Ingredients:
1 stick of real butter
1 bag of season blend
1 can of cream of celery
1 can of “golden” mushroom (must be golden mushroom)
3 small cans of tomato sauce or 1 small can of tomato paste
1 carton of vegetable stock (optional)
1 1lb package of crawfish (not imported from china)
salt, pepper, Tony’s, garlic powder, onion powder (optional)
few dashes of hot sauce minced garlic (optional)
Directions:
- 1. Sauté the Season blend in a stick of butter until tender.
- 2. Add can of cream of celery and can of golden mushroom and 3 cans of tomato sauce. Add vegetable stock and all seasonings to taste.
- 3. Mix well with a whisk and cook on medium for at least an hour. Last 15 minutes of cooking add the 1lb of crawfish and cook for another 15 mins.
- 4. Taste before serving you might have to tweak your seasonings.
