Crazy Easy Crawfish Étouffée

Ingredients:

1 stick of real butter

1 bag of season blend

1 can of cream of celery

1 can of “golden” mushroom (must be golden mushroom)

3 small cans of tomato sauce or 1 small can of tomato paste

1 carton of vegetable stock (optional)

1 1lb package of crawfish (not imported from china)

salt, pepper, Tony’s, garlic powder, onion powder (optional)

few dashes of hot sauce minced garlic (optional)

Directions:

  1. 1. Sauté the Season blend in a stick of butter until tender.
  2. 2. Add can of cream of celery and can of golden mushroom and 3 cans of tomato sauce. Add vegetable stock and all seasonings to taste.
  3. 3. Mix well with a whisk and cook on medium for at least an hour. Last 15 minutes of cooking add the 1lb of crawfish and cook for another 15 mins.
  4. 4. Taste before serving you might have to tweak your seasonings.
