Penny's Perfect Fudge

Ingredients:

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 2/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups marshmallows (mini or diced if using large size marshmallows)

1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and teaspoon salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
  2. 2. Add marshmallows, butterscotch chips, and vanilla. Stir vigorously to make sure all the marshmallows melt. Pour into an 8-inch square buttered pan.
  3. 3. Place into fridge to cool, once cool cut in squares.
