Church Windows Christmas Candy

Ingredients:

1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 lb. butter

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 10 oz. pkg. colored miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and butter and stir until melted.
  2. 2. Let the mixture cool so the marshmallows don’t melt. When cool, add in nuts and marshmallows. Stir until the nuts and marshmallows are covered in chocolate.
  3. 3. Sprinkle coconut on a sheet of waxed paper. Spoon the chocolate mixture in a long strip onto the waxed paper. Sprinkle more on top. Wrap the log in the waxed paper and refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve.
