Ingredients:
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 10 oz. pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
Directions:
- 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and butter and stir until melted.
- 2. Let the mixture cool so the marshmallows don’t melt. When cool, add in nuts and marshmallows. Stir until the nuts and marshmallows are covered in chocolate.
- 3. Sprinkle coconut on a sheet of waxed paper. Spoon the chocolate mixture in a long strip onto the waxed paper. Sprinkle more on top. Wrap the log in the waxed paper and refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve.
