Sweet Relish Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1 tablespoon baking soda

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup dijon mustard

2 tablespoons sweet relish

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions:

1. Add the eggs and baking soda in a small pot and fill with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat then cover and remove from the heat; allowing to sit in the hot water for 12 minutes.

2. Using a ladle, scoop the eggs into a bowl of ice water. Once chilled, peel the eggs and slice in half.

3. Add in remaining ingredients and, using a fork, mash until creamy. Scoop yolk mixture into zipper or piping bag. Cut off one of the edges of the zipper bag if you’re using one and pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.

4. Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika and place in fridge until ready to serve.
