Ingredients:
piergoies
beef
1 onion
8oz cream cheese
1tsp. garlic powder
bacon bits
1/4c. ketchup
1/4c. water
2c. milk
1tsp. salt, pepper
3tbsp. cornstarch
cheese
Directions:
- 1. Cook beef with onion, drain.
- 2. Cook pierogies, drain.
- 3. Add cream cheese, ketchup, bacon bits to beef and cook until melted. Add milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch with water, add to sauce. Stir until thicken.
- 4. Serve sauce over pierogi, top with cheese & more bacon.
