Ingredients:
1 or 2 small tomatoess
1½ medium avocados
1 small clove garlic
juice from ½ medium lemon
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- 1. Put all of the Ingredients: in a small bowl and gently stir to combine.
- 2. Season with moree salt, if desired.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
- 4. To serve as a fancy first course, spoon in to tiny parfait glasses or large shot glasses and serve on a decorative salad plate.
