Ingredients:

1 can sweet peas

2 small carrots

1 medium potato

3 hard boiled eggs

Mayo

1-2 pickle spheres

Directions:

1. 1. Cook potato and carrots until soft, cook eggs till hardboiled.
2. 2. Drain peas well, pour into a bowl.
3. 3. Cut potato, carrots and eggs (and pickles) into small pieces and put them in with the peas.
4. 4. Add salt, pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of mayo and mix well.
