Ingredients:
120 gm butter
2 tbsp oil
210 gm flour
30 gm corn flour
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
yellow food coloring
1 medium sized pineapple (filling)
4 tbsp sugar (filling)
Directions:
- 1. In a bowl mix butter and icing sugar well until creamy add oil then add egg yolk and mix well add vanilla, food color, flour combine well and form a dough and set aside.
- 2. For filling. In a blender blend pineapple then add sugar and pressure cook it for 10 whistle or till dry and then roll into balls and set aside.
- 3. Take the dough roll it and design it with fork and then cut into strip and place jam ball and roll it and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 dg until done. You can also shape it like a pineapple and fill the jam and bake.
