Ingredients:
1 package chicken wings
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup hot sauce
6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2. Put all the wings in a bowl, drizzled the oil and salt and pepper.
- 3. Put in the oven for 15 min per side.
- 4. Broil on 500 degrees F for 5 minutes per side.
- 5. While those cooks, melt the butter, garlic powder and hot sauce in a saucepan.
- 6. Once the wings are ready just toss them in a bowl with sauce
