Ingredients:
1 large onion chopped
1/4 c. of butter plus 1 to 2 t divided
1 head of cabbage chopped up
16 oz pkg. wide egg noodles or your choice of pasta
seasonings garlic powder
salt
pepperr
greek seasoning
Directions:
- 1. In a stockpot. Med heat, sauté the onion in 1/4 cup of the butter. Add the cabbage, stir and mix well. Add your seasonings. Cover and simmer on low for 45 min. to 1 hour be sure and stir occasionally. The Cabbage will Cook Down.
- 2. Meanwhile cook your noodles, drain add your noodles or pasta into the cabbage mixture. Stir in rest of the butter.
