Ingredients:
sooji (semollina) 1 cup
butter (you can use ghee too) 1 cup
sugar 1 cup
milk 2 cups
green cardamom 4-5
almond and pistachio for garnishing
Directions:
- 1. Heat a pan on stove add sooji along with green cardamoms and stir it until very nice smell of sooji start coming and sooji changes its color to golden. Add butter and cook a little.
- 2. Add sugar and stir continuously. Then add milk at cook on medium flame until halwa start leaving the bottom of pan.
- 3. Garnish with almonds do try halwa.
