3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups hot water
chicken
hoisin sauce
lemon grass
scallions
ginger
salt
pepper
1. Slowly add water mix with 3 cups flour with chopsticks (mix with hands) until dough is no longer dry knead. Set aside for about 15 mins.
2. Have your chicken or what you like as a filling, hoisin sauce, lemon grass, scallions, ginger , salt , pepper. Mix in your ground chicken or such, stuff your dumpling on inside around outer circle wet your fingers with water go around dough, fold pinch down go around edge with fork just like you would a empanada.
3. Boil take out to dry freeze in zip lock for later or let dry add to pan with oil fry but don't burn.
