Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

5 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 - 3 1/2 cups chopped cabbage

1 large carrot

Directions:

1. Add the mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything together and set the bowl in your fridge. Cut the core out of your cabbage and chop it. Chop up the carrot in the food processor.

2. Add the carrots and the cabbage to the dressing and mix well in the bowl. It is recommended that you make the dressing for the coleslaw at least 24 hours before adding the carrots and the cabbage. This will ensure that you have the best flavor.

3. If you do not have a food processor, you can use a grater to ‘chop’ your carrots and cabbage.

4. Store in refrigerator and enjoy it within a few days.
