Ingredients:

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 grated carrot

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

2 finely chopped green chillies

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

4 tbsp homemade cream (Malai)

slice of bread

tomato ketchup

Directions:

1. Take a mixing bowl. Add first 7 ingredients. Do not use fresh cream available in market in place of malai. Mix all the ingredients well. Topping for toast is ready.

2. Heat a non-stick tawa on low flame. Take a slice of bread. Spread the prepared mixture evenly using a butter knife.

3. Switch the flame of tawa from low to medium. Toast the bread with the topping side down.

4. Let it cook for about a minute while gently pressing it. After a min flip it and cook on other side on low flame. Wait till it turns golden brown. It is perfectly cooked now.

5. Cut the slice into half & serve with tomato ketchup.
