1/4 chicken pieces 2
low fat yougurt 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
gingergarlic 1 tbsp
tandoori masala 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
kasmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp optional
1. Marinate the chicken in the above-mentioned ingredients and cook in a karaho for total 20 mins and smoke it with a coal.
