1 1/2 pounds ground beef drained
onion chopped
3 or 4 stalks celery sliced
6- carrots pealed and sliced
small bag of red potatoes quartered
half head of cabbage chunked
fresh green beans snapped
large can of chopped tomatoes
two large beef stock containers
small bag of frozen corn or fresh
one pack of stew mix or french onion soup mix
bay leaf
salt and pepper
1. In a pan brown and drain meat.
2. In a large pot sauté in olive oil onion, celery and carrots. When transparent add both beef stocks, meat, rest of veggies and spices. Simmer until tender.
3. Serve with hot rolls.
