1 cucumber, sliced or chopped
3 slices turkey breast slices (low sodium)
dijon mustard
garlic and herb spreadable
1. Take the cucumber and cut in half. Remove the seeds.
2. Spread the garlic and herb on cucumber.
3. Add lay the turkey slices on top and drizzle with Dijon mustard.
4. Sandwich with the other half of the cucumber. Enjoy.
