1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chili powder mild
1 teaspoon chilli powder hot
3 lemon juice
4 teaspoon vinegar
1 /3 c oil
bbq the chicken basting the masala all the time
1/4 c oil (peri peri sauce)
2 tablespoon butter (peri peri sauce)
1 teaspoon garlic (peri peri sauce)
s izzle and add (peri peri sauce)
1 teaspoon chili powder hot (peri peri sauce)
3 tablespoon chilli powder mild (peri peri sauce)
1 teaspoon salt (peri peri sauce)
4 teaspoon chili flakes or to taste (peri peri sauce)
5 teaspoon vinegar (peri peri sauce)
nando's sauce hot or mild to taste
6 teaspoon tomato sauce, keep aside
1/3 c oil add
1 teaspoon garlic cut in small slices and braise a little till they turn a little brown, keep aside
1. Once the chicken is done place in a pot and pour the 1st sauce over (the peri peri one and mix the chicken).
2. Serve on a serving platter and pour the 2nd sauce (oil and garlic sliced) over. Add lemon slices.
3. Serve with hot fries buttered Portuguese rolls.
