Ingredients:

2 (16 ounce) bags frozen cauliflower

1 medium onion, chopped

1 celery rib, chopped

4 cups chicken stock

2 cups cream

1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

salt

pepper

Directions:

1. Put cauliflower, onion, celery and chicken stock in crockpot.

2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Puree in blender.

3. Return to crockpot and blend in cream, Worcestershire and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix.
