3 lb. flat cut corned beef brisket
2 t. smoked paprika
1 t. brown sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. adobo seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
enough water added to the vinegar to make 3/4 c. total liquid
1. Discard the seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef and give the brisket a good rinse. Pat dry and rub generously with some of the seasoning. Place in the crock pot and pour the vinegar/water mixture around it.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
