4-5 chicken breasts
8-10 slices of bacon
60 g/half cup brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
1. Mix the sugar and garlic and season to taste. Rub all over chicken breasts and wrap in 2 slices of bacon per breast.
2. Place chicken in Crock Pot so they fit snugly sprinkling any remaining sugar mix on top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5 hrs.
