150 g of sugar
300 g of flour
10 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of almond essence
2 teaspoons of honey
1. Mix everything together in a bowl until it has wet consistency. Roll in a ball and cover in cling film. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Dust your flat surface with flour and roll out the cookie dough. Cut out into pieces of your choice. Grease a baking sheet and place the cookies. Place into a preheated oven, 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for twenty minutes. When ready, drizzle with honey.
