Ingredients:

18 large eggs

1 pound bacon cooked, crumbled

2 pounds Breakfast sausage cooked, crumbled

1 medium red onion

2 cups cheese

Directions:

1. Scramble egg together. Add the rest of the ingredient and half of the cheese to the eggs.

2. Place in greased, baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, remove from oven and add remaining half of cheese. Cook for 10 more minutes or until done.
