1 box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup of orange juice
½ cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
½ pack of orange jello
¼ cup of diced fresh strawberries
1. Mix wet ingredients (orange juice, oil, eggs) in a bowl
2. Add orange jello and mix thoroughly
3. Add cake mix and blend
4. Stir in diced strawberries
5. Pour blended ingredients into muffing tin with cupcake sleeves
6. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook until toothpick can be inserted into center of cupcake and removed clean. About 16 to 20 minutes.
7. Do not fill your cupcakes more than ¾ of the way with batter and do not overcook.
8. Remember to turn muffin tins midway through cooking to get an even bake.
