Ingredients:

vanilla custard

castor sugar

blow torch

Directions:

1. First take your custard and melt it.

2. Then put your custard in a small bowl and put in fridge for 20 minuets.

3. Take the castor sugar and sprinkle it on the custard.

4. Take your blow torch and put it on top of the castor sugar until light gold.
