1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Blend ingredients well. Be careful to see that any flour clumps get well blended.
2. Grease muffin tins well and fill about half way. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Once you remove them from the oven, they will create the "craters". Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and fill with fruit, cream cheese or whatever you like!
