2 kg chicken
1 bottle all gold tomato sauce
½ cup canola oil
1 tbsp worcester sauce
2 med onions roughly chopped
500 grams sugar
salt and pepper
sweet putu pap
maize meal
can condensed milk
can corn pits
1. Mix tomato sauce,worcester sauce, oil, sugar salt amd pepper and onions together.
2. Cover the Chicken Pieces with sauce.
3. Cover and place in fridge for at least 24-36 Hours.
4. Braai on fire until cooked meanwhile, cool sauce on stove slowly .
5. When the Chicken is almost done. place on stove with the sauce.
6. Cook for 10min.
7. Prepare Putu pap.
8. Add Condensed Milk and Corn pits.
