Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey

2 tbs. of low-sodium taco seasoning

1/4 Cup of water

3 eggs

1 cup low carb salsa

1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Brown ground turkey and add water and taco seasoning. Simmer until water is evaporated. Place in a pie dish for cooking.

2. Take eggs and mix with salsa until it is mixed together. Pour over the ground turkey.

3. Next bake the dish in oven on 350 for 30 mins.

4. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle both of the remaining cheeses on top and place back in the oven for 5 mins or until the cheese melts
