Ingredients:

dosa batter 2 cups 150 g.

saffola veggie twist oats 40 g.

onion ½ cup 50 g.

tomato ½ cup 50 g.

carrot 2 tbsp. 5 g.

beans 2 tbsp. 5 g.

green chili 1 tsp. 5 g.

fresh coriander 2 tbsp. 5 g.

grated fresh paneer 2 tbsp. 5 g.

hing ¼ tsp. 0.5 g.

cumin seeds ½ tsp. g.

salt to taste

saffola active oil for brushing

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Heat a paniyaram pan on medium heat.

3. Brush little oil in the cavities to avoid paniyaram from sticking on the pan.

4. Pour little batter in the pan cavities and cover the pan.

5. Cook till paniyarams are slightly browned from the bottom.

6. Turn the paniyaram and cook on the other side uncovered till slightly browned.

7. Remove from the pan.

8. Serve hot with coconut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
