saffola plain oats ¼ cup ( powdered ) 100 g.
corn flour ¼ cup 20 g.
salt to taste
red chili powder ½ tsp.
black pepper powder ½ tsp.
egg white 3 120 g.
shredded dry coconut 1 cup 50 g.
chicken breast 300 g.
1. Add powdered Saffola classic Oats in a bowl.
2. Add cornflour, salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
3. Whisk egg whites in another bowl.
4. Coat the chicken pieces with powdered oats mixture.
5. Dip them in egg white and then coat with coconut flakes.
6. Line the chicken pieces in a baking tray.
7. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
8. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
9. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
