1 cup sweet orange pulp
1 cup frozen yogurt
1 Packet Saffola Fruit & Nut Oats
1 tbsp. Honey
¼ cup skimmed milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. organic sugar
½ tsp lemon zest
1 Sweet lemon peel
1. Blend 1 cup each sweet orange pulp and vanilla frozen yogurt, 1 tbsp., 1/4 cup milk, 1 Packet Saffola Fruit & Nut Oats and pour into glasses.
2. Beat 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons superfine sugar until stiff.
3. Spoon onto the shakes and brown with a kitchen torch. Sprinkle lemon zest Twist the Sweet lemon peel on top, to add a zesty essence & fragrance.
